FACULTY SUMMER PARKING:
Faculty members on leave for the summer must turn in their parking permit(s) and gate card(s) to Access Services in order to have their parking payroll deduction temporarily suspended. Access Services will hold your parking space until your return in fall.
TEMPORARY STUDENT PERMITS:
Weekly or monthly, temporary permits may be issued to students, for special circumstances, in Lot #46 (North Village Garage) ONLY. The parking office will review each temporary permit request and reserves the right to deny a request based on parking availability and needs.
MEDICAL PARKING REQUESTS:

OVERNIGHT GUEST PARKING FOR STUDENT PERMIT HOLDERS:
Students who have a university parking permit may request a one-day overnight parking pass for guests up to three times per semester. Passes will be valid Monday-Friday in selected parking lots on the north and south sides of campus from 4:30pm to 9:00am the next morning. Passes must be picked-up by the permit holder from Access Services in Crawford (lower-level).
After Hours Parking:
Lot 1A (Martin Luther King behind the Case Quad) is now available as after hours parking lots. Those who hold assignments for other lots may park in either section from 4:30 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. Monday - Friday and all hours on weekends. The gate will be raised during these times, so no special access is needed. Please note that the lot is also used for special event parking, so there may be times when parking is limited.

Vehicle Information (license plate #, state registered, year, make/model, and color of the vehicle) is required in order to renew or purchase a parking permit. It is the expectation of the parking office that permit holders will notify us of any change in vehicle information.
The parking office reserves the right to refuse renewal or sale of permits to individuals who have outstanding parking violations in our parking system. Parking violations may be paid at Access Services or at the Standard Parking Office, 12100 Euclid Avenue.
